The Family History
The year was 2012 and it started with a simple idea based on a simple need, a natural product to style and care for your facial hair. This was the beginning of the first Beard Care Brand in Sweden founded by Björn "Mr. Bear" Landén. Over the years the company and the knowledge has grown. Mr. Bear Family now offers a wide range of high-quality grooming products for the daily routine within beard, skin and hair care. You can even find awesome natural products for your tattoo aftercare.

The ingredients used are carefully selected and of high quality. Mr Bear Family use natural ingredients and strive to make products that work in symbiosis with our bodies and nature. Not many people know this, but Mr Bear Family has its own manufacturing facilities where they create recipes, blend and produce most of the products themselves. For example, every tin of beard balm is opened, filled and closed by hand.

Small Batch Production
Mr Bear Family have their own production facility in Gothenburg, Sweden, where we produce most of our products. It's a small batch production of 20 - 500 kg/batch that is operated by our own staff. Product development is done both in-house and with some help of outside expertise.

Natural Ingredients
We strive to use only natural ingredients or ingredients derived from nature. All-natural products or as natural as they can possible be. Most important to us, besides our natural claim, is to provide safe products for the consumer, which is why we use ingredients that are commonly used in natural cosmetics and also approved by ECOCERT and COSMOS. Every ingredient that is put in any product is declared on the INCI list on that product.
Vegan Friendly
In our vegan-friendly products, we do not have any ingredients derived from the animal kingdom. But the products may have been produced in the same vessels as non-vegan products. The vessels are however thoroughly cleaned in between all batches.
